wavy diagonal lines

When I make a straight x or y line its good but any kind of diagonal line, especially 45 degree lines, they become really wavy and erratic. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction by looking at these pictures. I don't know the laser model but it seems to be a redsail clone with a ruida controller, identical to the included picture but mine is yellow, and I bought it in 2017 or 2018.
