Can i install new 90w co2 laser tube, on machine with 120w laser power supply.

I’ve run a 50w tube off a 60w power supply for years. I’m careful that I don’t overdrive the tube by staying safely under the max milliamperes specification of the tube. So you need to have a meter on the tube.
There may be other considerations to consider when matching power supplies to tubes, besides power.

Yes you can.Usually higher power PSU can take low power laser tube.But the trigger current is different.So it is not good for long term using.
