    Unhappy Problem

so my brother bought wood-cutting laser machine and there's a problem that we are currently trying to solve. on some images the laser does great job, but in other hand ,some images on wood have black spots(like big black things , i have plenty of images if someone wonders to help) that arent on image that we're trying to cut.My brother says that its his fault for not having experience with mache and program, but we actually do not know .If you have expiriance with this contact me on this forum. Maybe my explanation is not really good but i have plenty of images that will show the problem,so u can see what im talking about. Have a nice day !

Posting the image would help but are you applying air to the cut? Without air they tend to burn in spots.

The image looks more like wood burned than raster engraved.

What ever it is, my guess is that it’s machine related. Your brother might be correct. You might get someone to help if you post information on the machine, controller and software.

It’s possible that the image is way too detailed for your machine or you need to print it larger.

    Cool Re: Problem

    Which program are you using?
Your image is not Black/White, it is RGB.
The attached one is pure B/W.
