Need help with Trumpf 3030 error

Hi,
My name is Arslan. I'm working in a company that has Trumof 3030 laser machine and it has been running perfectly so far until this error pops up " NCU(00.070104): Software limit distance regulation,Code 1 1, Code 2 0"

Can someone please guide me what is this error about?
