Default Need help for chinese cnc laser

Hi, i have strange problem in cuting. I own chinese 100w laser and some cuts makes me crazy...

When i cut same object, multiplied several times on working surface, in some of them dimension in X axis is bigger than it should be.
Sometimes smaller... And it happens only in x axis.
Do anyone have an idea what can be solution?
    Im starting to be desperate...

First rule out mechanical issues by making sure the pulleys on the shafts are tight. Also watch the belts and insure they are tracking properly.
Do the larger parts always come from the same area of the machine?

I will try to tighten belt on x axis, its more losen than y...
And about arrangement, i put 8 pcs on the bed and some of them are undersized.

Can it be a software issue?

Update if someone have similar problems!

    It was a belt!
Stretched in some sections and that caused unprecise cuts.
I changed it and it's accurate again

Or it might not be, I had similar issues. I changed the belt, to a us made alternative no less, never got rid of the problem after a lot of time trouble shooting.

And I was isolating the rotation of the pulleys too, only testing on full sets of rotations (ie cut 1 rotation, skip one, cut one, etc).

The only problem that it might have been (I have just accepted the issue for years) is the beam hitting the lens in different spots and that was then magnified by the lens itself. That's harder to test for and I never did at the time.
