Default Wiring adapter for 220v 50w laser doesn’t make sense

My 50w laser just arrived. I know that it is 220v. I look at the PC power supply and it says 220v AC. The power cord that came with the unit has a Jack Contact 3 pin connector on one end (P20K3Q) that plugs into the unit. The other end, I expected to have a large 220v connector, but instead it has normal looking 110v prongs. I assume I need to cut the end off and use a new male end but I have no idea which is the hot wire? I peeled the cord case back and it has a black, white, and green but I don’t know which is which? Am I over thinking this?
