50w laser cutter y axis only move 30mm instead of 300

Hello dear forum users my name is Bjorn and im New to the world of engraving and cutting
I recently bought myself a 50w laser engraver with lcd controller now in having the following issue:

The y axis only move Around 30mm instead of 300mm the screen will say its at 300mm but only moved a couples centimeters from 0 point

If i change vendor setting bread size to 3000mm
Its moving at the whole lenght
But this cant be right
Whats wrong with the machine hope someone can help me out.

Assuming that the machine calibration was done correctly, it sounds like the small switches on the Y axis drive got changed somehow. These switches tell stepper how far to rotate for each pulse from the controller

Sadly still couldnt solve the problem.
Did swap the drivers with each other but problem stays at the y axis. When i plugin the rotary movement
It also moves just a inch.

Anyone got an idea i could try.
Is my ruida controller gone broke?

Just a guess here, but it sounds like the Y axis is mis-calibrated. I would look an out of place decimal point in a machine setting.
