Any decent China engravers to engrave tumbler cups?

Hello,
I am completely new to this and mu budget is $2000-$3000 US for a machine capable of doing cups. Are there any decent chinese machines that others have used for it?
I have searched all over the internet and am doing my homework but keep running into this ebay red and black one and it looks ok but not sure or if I can even find parts for them if they break down.
Any pointers would be much appreciated. Thanks
Also does it need to be 100watt?

hi,first the laser tube power depends on the material you are planning to work on. glass or plastic? The second element to pick the laser tube power is the thickness of the material.

Too power laser tube might not be good for engraving,the proper range of tuber power will be 100-120w,for exampla:Reci W2 or W4,if you will use laser tube with ery high power ,the engraving effect on glass will not be as ideal as tube e.g Reci2 or Reci4.
With Reci W4 you can cutting materials like plastics,12mm plywood, 10mm . Other materials you can cut with small power with this tube.
To choose the size of machine will depend on your product amount,with your budget,you can consider 6090 and 6040 laser machine,and one more thing you need to consider to equip with the rotation system for cups' engraving.
