GoldenLaser JG-5030

I'm Marius from Romania. I recently bought a GoldenLaser JG-5030. I don't know why it doesn't recognize the USB drive (Open U-disc Err). I tried several USB drives with different formats, the same result. I've been trying for 2 weeks to find software but I can't. I'm a laser beginner and I don't know exactly how to put it into operation. I hope you can help me. I don't have the GoldenLaser software and no USB stick (key), just the machine. It can also be for windows XP, it doesn't bother me, it just works.Does it have to recognize U-Disk without software and key? What can I do?

Golden Laser are known for their good technical support. I would suggest to contact them directly (the Chinese factory).
Alternatively try to find out what brand/model is the controller.
