Super Newbie could use some assistance

I have a cheapo Amazon special.

I am fully aware of the limitations of this unit.

I am using Lightburn. I am able to burn text without much issue (see pic).

The problem I am having is illustrated in the photos. The screenshot is what it supposed to look like and the other pic is what I am getting when I try to burn it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Lightburn is based on specific machine profiles My guess is your machine doesn’t like the profile
