May anyone help with Y axis moving to one direction only?

Hello all,

I bought a mini laser CNC engraver from china, after I finished from assemble it i got problem with y axis, its just moves to one direction only!, if i swich the stepper motors cable to go also to one direction but in opposite way (The problem descriped on this video).
