Is it the laser tube or the power supply?

I'm getting sporadic results with my laser. As you can see in the video, the tube is firing, but in odd patterns. The tube goes from light pink hugh (which I'm accustomed to) to bold purple streak. At the output, it goes from good, to light, to non-existent. I feel like it's more likely the power supply but wanted to get some feedback from anyone who has experienced this.

This issue mostly occur due to power supply, as in some cases where there is no output or case like yours upgrading power supply solves this problem.
