Laser not engraving clear images anymore

Engraver was working fine and out of nowhere, started engraving the images "blurry?" Instead of getting a crisp image engraved, it almost just leaves behind a fuzzy burned version of the image. See picture attached of an image engraved before when it was working correctly vs now. I tried cleaning out the water lines that cool the laser, replaced the laser tube, cleaned and realigned the mirrors... to no avail. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated! No settings on the software have been changed. This is the 3rd time this has happened but the previous 2 times it somehow corrected itself and started working properly a couple of days later.

Have you cleaned your lens and mirrors. Also is the lens in the correct way
