Redsail M500

Hi I have had this engraver for a couple of years now with no problems. Today however the laser head won't move along any of the axis. The laser works but no movement ….. forward back … or sideways. The arrows do not work either. I have reset the machine but nothing is working. I do not know what to do. Can anyone help? Thank you Redsail M500
