Default K40 Laser Set on Fire - Need new machine!

So yesterday, my K40 laser machine set on fire and almost burnt my work space down. Not sure how it happened but it is what it is.

Long story short, I need to buy a new machine but want to steer clear of the K40 or similar machines (dangerous, death machines) for the above reason. I've also taken the opportunity to "upgrade" to a bigger and more powerful machine. I primarily cut MDF and acrylic, both at 3mm. I would probably want to cut thicker MDF if I had a more powerful machine.

Right now I am looking at the following machines, has anyone used any of these and can give any advice?

    Vevor 60w 700x500 mm - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07WTVSY..._lUfYDb8VQSQD2
    Unbranded(?) 80w 700x500 - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153448820121

My budget is a bit low, £2,000 - £3,000, which is about $3,900USD

    Any advice will be appreciated
