Laser CNC for metal/nonmetal

Hi. Iam in timberbusiness for long now which is not going very well so we are planning to expand our business to CNC work. We already purchased router from local indian manufacturer now iam looking for CNC laser cutting and engraving machine for gifts, furniture and decorative production. We have been approached by bodor CNC BCL1325Bm.
We have no idea what laser or CNC is and how it work but we want to learn and go for it kindly suggest if anyone can how to move forward
