vl-300 help please

good day everyone i really hope someone can help me pretty please

this maybe a simple question to you pro s but im new to the laser engraving

my boss has ask me to figure out and cut out A bunch of shapes from Rowmark

i tried almost every setting and even played around with the advance drivers only to have the same results

other it cuts nice but not deep enough or the laser melts the edges


please someone tell me what to do or point me in the right direction

Rowmark.com has tips for cutting their material. Otherwise use the default laser settings in the UCP.
