X-Axis not cutting to size

I've seen and read several post on the laser not cutting to size but none have worked for me. So, I want to start fresh on the troubleshooting. I have a Chinese made 46" x 58" blue and white laser. I'm using RD Works v8 software. I'm cutting a rectangle that is 36 5/8" x 48 1/16". The 36 5/8" is correct but the 48 1/6" is cutting 47 15/16". So, it is cutting an 1/8" short on the x axis. Any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, can you provide some details related to the machine ? like is it a cnc, is it servo controlled etc. ?
