laser engraving problems

I did a reset on my laser engraving machine and this happened:






Then I was told to touch the limit switch and now it doesn't want to go up and down and barely move side to side. Any help Please

Can you get the vender to send you the parameters for your machine to reload. any time you want to make changes you should save your settings so you can restore them if things go wrong or if you have a controller failure

Do you know how I would enter the parameters, if the vendor sends them to me

I'd search for the User Manual on what appears to be a "Ruida Laser Controller". I bet the info is all in there, troubleshooting, or you can find video referencing to setting-up the Ruida Controller on YT and elsewhere.

Side note; look as if the motor got stuck on the limit switch (your 1st vid). I'd ensure that the motor is functioning correctly and that the limit switch is not engaged/bent/damage.

Download the file put it where you can find it then go to your RDworks and open vender settings you should see open open the file you downloaded and then write to the machine

Did you open your RD works like you were going to use it then go to file and then vendor settings
