EZCAD2 for Windows 10 OS fiber laser engraving machine

I purchased a fiber laser engraving machine from china a few months ago. EZCAD 2 kept crashing on the Windows 7 computer they sent me. Finally im guessing some of the components in the computer they sent with the machine were less than adequate and the computer took a turn. I have since purchased a laptop for use on the machine only. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction getting software to work on windows 10 OS so that i have a reliable computer to work off of. Very new to fiber laser but the possibilities are endless and am willing to handle the learning curve. I just need a little help here and there. Thanks in advance!

Hi, i have the same problem with Ezcad on Windows 10 64-bit.
I tried versions 2.9.9, 2.14.9 and 2.14.10. I installed drivers from your links and all the time doesn't works.

Do you have any solution?

Hi i just recently purchased a 30W Fibre Laser marking machine, and i installed the software Ezcad2.14.9 software but it still says can not find dongle and i can only use in demo mode??

yes, i can and i did it.
i updated driver as shown on YT movie but already have te same driver.
Unfortunately software still says about missing dong

I have Ezcad2.9.9 and It was working fine with windows 7. and Install Windows 10 64bit version and when software opening it's saying "Can not find dongle.demo state".
when i try to engrave it's saying "Current LMC Board is not for fiber Laser"
And parameter setting F3 hardware info showing "invalid board"

but i tried to work with windows 7 again (old hard drive) it was working file.I think problem with windows 10 64bit. installation issue.

Does anyone have Ezcad2.9.9 software and drivers for windows 10 64bit?
or any other solution for it?
