Advice on Laser Engraver Cutter

I am interested in learning to engrave and cut. Being new I would like to see if there is something that can cut metal to make ornaments and be able to etch glasses so would need a rotary attachment.
What might be suggested? I am just South of Philadelphia.

Fairly sure that most hobby lasers can't cut metal, your looking for something in the semi-industrial area like 500w+

Or a Plasma Cutter.
