Bodor BCL-1309X Laser Engrave issues.

Hey Guys,
Im currently having an issue with my laser that i can not fix.
The cut seems to be okay, however the engraving is not where it should be. The further to the right of the machine the cut is the further right the engraving shifts and the same on the left i.e. when i start the cut on the left the engraving shifts to the left of where it should be. (Photos should be attached)
Ive tried the file on a friends laser (exactly the same model) and it cuts perfect. Ive also re-uploaded the file to no avail. Most of the cutting is in alignment, however there are some smaller areas where the cut as well is not lined up.

Here are some of the things i have tried.
- Updating the user settings to match my friends laser, this brought everything closer but its still off
- Followed the video on youtube about backlash and hasnt really made a difference.
- Re-aligned starting from the bulb
Ive played with all sorts of settings but am not getting any closer.
Does anyone have any hints or tips on what to check next ?
