    Bought new CW5000 chiller and spotted one problem, when turns on compressor to cool down water (which build inside), fans blow out smell like burned oil or something, headaches from that smell.
    How can we fix/avoid this problem?

    It maybe the fan burned.
    The failure cause:
    Unmatched power voltage and frequency can cause the chiller damage!

    1. Check the detailed specification on the back of the chiller and identify whether the power supply of the chiller matches the power supply of your country or not;
    2. The compressor and the fan are working simultaneously. Therefore, when the compressor is working, you can check if the two fans are working too and at the same wind speed (feel the wind speed with your hand).
