Have you cleaned the mirrors and lens? I use IPA and a Cotton Bud on mine. Is your extractor working properly or do fumes hang around the cutting area?
Hello everyone,
I have a 60w CO2 Chinese laser engraver for a year now, when I got it was ok and cuts evenly, I mean that was cutting a 3mm plywood for example with 20% of power in x axis from 1 to 700 (left & right side of the machine table).
Recently I discover that needs more power to cut the same plywood for the one side to the other for example till the middle of the table is ok with 20% power after that need more power and at the end fo the table ex. 650mm does not penetrate the plywood is just a line like scratch.
I try to calibrate again the mirrors but seems ok I believe.
I don't know what can be the problem, and I need to cut more than 600mm
Any idea what the problem is ???
Thanks in advance
Christos

I did but It doesn't help. Also the extractor seems that is working fine.
have you checked the alignment of the mirrors
I did but I will do it again !
FIXED!!! Alignment of the mirror was the problem.
Thank you all !!!
