is this tube bad

hi all
just got a problem with a laser, it was not cutting properly so went to set the mirrors to find that even on mirror one when we put the tape on and test fire we get 2 burns on the paper anyone any ideas ??

I was doing non stop cutting and started to get two beams. Have a good chiller and the tube looked ok as it ran. I just let the machine pause 10 min between jobs and the condition went away. I was convinced it was the power supply getting too hot.
