about GSI-JK laser

Hi folks.
I want to learn some information about co2 laser of GSI-JK.
I know,GSI sold their co2 laser technology to SPI.
SPI also sold it to a chinese co2 laser company,and then?
Is GSI still producing co2 laser tubes?
