Default Laser machine not cutting straight, leaving bumps

I have a Universal Laser System with a 60W laser, and a couple of days ago just notice that when its cutting horizontally, It's not cutting straight. You can't really see it just by looking at it (unless you look really close), but if you run your finger across the edge you can feel bumps or divots. I've cleaned the rails and the laser lens but the bumps and divots are still appearing.

    Hi there,

Since you said you've cleaned the rails and lens, these are 3 most probable reasons why your laser machines could leave bumps in its cut.

    1. The frequency, you might need to adjust(increase) the frequency of your machine to make it cut through without bumbs.
    2. You should ensure that there are no possible external vibrations touching the surface on which you cut.
    3. Also, be sure that all parts of your machine are tight, no loose nuts or screw.

So try out these 3 troubleshoot and let me know how it comes out.

    Thanks.
