We are a UK based company selling mainly on eBay and Shopify. We use Facebook Ads for Shopify, and our stores convert at 15%+ with the products we sell.

I am looking for a UK based company who can provide the following service:

• Masked sheet (to prevent burns)
• Light coat of white acrylic or emulsion paint on 3mm Birch LaserPly
• Engrave/Cut on a 95mm piece
• Coating of Polyurethane or similar
• Capability to supply upto 100 units per day (24hr turnaround from order receipt)
• First Class & Second Class shipping (Standard Letter for 1 unit & Large Letter for 2+ products)
• All above inclusive: £2.00 per unit

I realise that the margin is going to be too low for some businesses, but for others, it's within parameters.

The total time to cut & engrave a sheet of A4 (6 x products) is about 66 minutes. That's an hourly rate of about £7.00 after all costs.
