We just purchased this and was 100% happy the 4 times we used it, Its a month old so we're still getting used to it. So we connected the rotary option and all hell has broke loose.
The axis parameters are now reading way in the 10,000 versus the normal 100's. the laser jams and squeals when turned off and then back on, the ip communicates but as soon as we try to read machine parameter within the vendor settings it just displays as communication error. have tried to reset the parameters but it goes right back to the 10,000's.
Any help is appreciated!
