    Default Problem engraving.

    Hello,

I have bought a new machine and it is already installed, but I have a problem when engraving. When engraving in two directions the image comes out doubled and when engraving in one direction it looks like the light does not burn the material equally.

I put pictures to see if someone can help me.

This is engraving two direcctions or X_swing

This is engraving one direcctions or X_unilateralism

    Thank you very much.

    Maypa

There’s a setting to align both passes when you x-swing in both directions. It’s in the manual. Just read it carefully.

    Thanks for answering my post.

I think what he says is the Scanning Reverse interva. I think that this option is used to align the bidirectional engraving.

But the last images that I post are only engraving in one direction and the problem is that the laser light does not burn the uniform material.
If you look to the right there is like a deformation, look at the image that I add.

not sure. try different settings. I tried it with a 50 W tube at 14 to 16 degrees on a AWC708C. this is on soft untreated wood.
