    Hi i need help with 50watt chinese laser machine black n white.
    Whenever ictry to target an object laser tube fires very weak it barely marks wood and just making a tiny whole if i press test button on a paper even with 80 amper power last night i was working just fine and all the sudden it stops working when i tried to do the job again it started point very week laser beam on the target please help if anyone knows if it is tube problem or power supply fault, I bought it 4 days ago brand new.
    》FAN ON POWER SUPPLY IS OK
    》LIGHT ON POWER SUPPLY OK
    》when i press test button i see very dim laser beam inside laser tube.
    I can share photos if required, Cheers

    Your mirrors might not be aligned or dirty. Put a small peace of plywood in front of the tube and press the fire button. Next test after the first mirror and so on. Use the included orange plastic gauge to set the correct distance.

    Thanks for your reply yes i have tested they way u described one thing i would like to mention here whenever i press test button i cant see pink beam its very dim and weak beam insode laser tube also tried power 20 to 80 but no change what do u think laser tube has broken? Should i change it ? Or theres a solution for that?

    The tube should be a light pink. Test at 99%.

    My guess is that you "over drove" your tube/power supply and killed the tube. Very common with these machines if you ran it at 65% power or more, due to the fact the tube's rating is not truthful. Fortunately for you, you just received your machine so it will be covered under warranty or you just do a chargeback on your credit card.
