The number on the motor is type 42BYGH108-31 CW No:2014.12.13
The above website lists it and gives more information.
Long Story: Replaced this motor last year with the company but charged us 110 for the motor. Failed again not a year later. I see these motors online that range from $5 to $40. So there must be a better way.
I have not bought many stepper motors (6 from the UK and 4 from Germany )
so I would not know who to recommend from US suppliers
other than large companies like of digikey Farnell/element 14 that have a good reputation
(or RS comomponents or Farnell in the UK) the downside is unlike ebay they cost more !! if the have what you want
John
PS
NEMA 17 motors are 1.7" x1.7" square
measured in mm its not obvious how the NEMA 17 relates to its size

IF you are burning up motors within a year I'd almost think that it may be underpowered. May be pulling to much weight. It cant hurt to up the size just a bit.
I'd go here They don't have the exact holding torque bit it's close. I've bought from them and they are good. Out of Tempe Az. Fast shipping got my new motor in 3 days.
