Seller wont respond, Locked board

Been trying to help my friend get his Laser Engraver he purchased from China back in June working. This is what we are running into currently after I got the board changed to english.



Any help would be appreciated.

ok, you must ask your supplier the password, it is locked by the supplier.

That is the issue we are running into. The supplier is not responding to requests despite advertising a 3 year warranty. They wont answer at all, I cant even find a place to get a new board for this thing to get it operational.

I'm having the same issue trying to factory rest this damn thing. everything I cut has a line in it. I have tried almost every thing to get the line out. not mention my laser came cracked and I purchased a 60 what laser to go in it. I hope my power supply is not to powerful for the 40 what?

I had the same problem but found that when I used RD8888 (CapitalRD) it worked. Give that a try.

Thanks for all the suggestions I will try them again and see what I can come up with. However I believe I tried thoes passwords already.
