Stainless Nameplate Cutting Process - Looking for a best cost effective lasering or other CNC fabrication method to cut blanks, cut holes and possibly text flat blanks of stainless sheet per these features:

Material - estimate will be ~0.020” thick
We normally laser cut nameplates in laser engraveable plastic sheets with our 35W bench top unit. The stainless nameplates are for a new special application process.

Designs:
1. Blanks - have a 9-10 shapes but for example a 3" x 10" rectangle with corner radii - geometry from AutoCAD file
2. Switch Holes to be in Blanks - several holes and slots are cut into the blanks for toggle switches, push buttons, etc. - this configuration changes per order - geometry from AutoCAD file
3. Laser Engrave Text by Holes (Switch ID Text) - cutting the text or some printing onto the stainless sheet - options?

We have a Haas MiniMill that currently only use for plastics milling and no lubricants in the mill.

This is a low volume production so cost conscious of equipment.

Thanks
Brad
