Default starts and ends on the wrong parameters

Hello and that's in advance foregone help.

    I have a Chinese 60x40 60w co2 laser machine with a ketai gold2 2014g controller.
I use coreldraw x4 and corel laser with red dangle.

I been having many problems.with it that I have been solving, but these one is overseas.
The problem is that it does not start and end on the correct position.
I had same problem a week ago and solved changing from using corel x7 to corel x4.

Now I try with different corel x7, x4, x3, I also changed the Takei board and it is doing the same.

I'm really desperate. The machine should be working 12 hours a say and it's been 2 weeks without working.

    Please help

Make sure your table size in the software matches your actual table size.
If it does then try to reset everything back to factory settings.
You may have accidently changed a setting without knowing.
Reset or reinstall all your software and drivers. My guess is that it's something simple.

Does it boot up correctly and find it's home position ?
When you say start and end are you talking when you run a job ?
Check your settings for starting at origin or at current location or what other options you have.
When you import from corel make sure you are in mm and not inches. Sometimes that can have an effect.
I'm not familiar at all with your controller so I'm just tossing out ideas.
Go into further detail and someone should be able to help out

Are your belts tight and does the carriage move smoothly when your machine is off and you move it by hand

Sounds like you might be loosing steps. Try running a large pattern (laser could be off) at progressively higher speeds and see if the error increases with speed

    Thanks for the help

    I fixed
I changed the mainboard from B1 to M2 and is working ok.
The think is that all the parameters changed I don't really know what speed and power should I use in each case.
Any body knows were to get the information for cutting and engraving which speed and power for each material?
If there is non, it could be a good idea that everyones puts the parameters that they are using and are working good, so we can know were to go from.

    Thank you.
