lol no its kanji like text like the movie matrix used for the digital "rain" sort of effect, I was cutting it and the punisher skull to make this for T-shirts, though I discovered that air brushing t-shirts is not an easy endeavor even if you have a good high pigment flexible spray, but I have a theory and idea on how to test it for making it still possible

anyway this is the image, I was going for but minus the lighter "rain" in the background, ie. just the ones inside the punisher skull design on a black t-shirt.

oh and to the original poster I forgot to mention my thoughts on the PCB work, which is to just burn off something that has coated the PCB and then acid etch through the burned away material, which if you can get it placed properly and its not say a blue or green board material (ie, the typical kinda band aid brown or darker) you should be able to go back and drill out the holes with the laser too, once the copper is removed over where they would go, and even if they dont go all the way through, you would have a lot easier time drilling them out. to avoid burning out your diode from reflections, I am personally going to try tilting the head a very very tiny bit so that the beam if reflected back will hit the side of the adjustment nozzle and have a piece of material that can handle the heat with out being damaged too fast, so as to allow it to be absorbed for now on that, though later I want to coat it with carbon nano tubes, XD.

You use the stencil to make a silk screen. Stencilling fabric is very difficult.

Buy a silk screen frame, get a jar of photo-activated silk screen resist, put the stencil over the dried frame, expose as per instructions, then wash out the inactivated resist.

I’ve made them from ink-jet-printed plastic sheet, a laser-cut stencil is a lot of work for such a large amount of detail.
