Laser sawtooth finish issue

Hi All

Our 2.5KW fiber laser cutter is cutting with bad quality. The finish is a sawtooth finish which looks bad.
What are the common causes of this?

I am pretty sure the issue is beyond the cut settings and parameters as we have adjusted them and still no luck.

Hello , cutting thin sheet maybe gas flow move the cutting part, if it is not the case, maybe some optic/component is loose inside cutting head machine , and movement produces vibration and sawtooth defect
