Home made fiber laser metal cutting machine

Hello everyone, my name is Allan i am from argentina and i have been building cnc machines for the last 3 years, we build laser co2, plasma and router. I was wondering if it is possible to build a home made fiber laser machine for cutting metal. If i get the head and the source, what else do i need?

Amazing job! It's not difficult to build co2 laser. But if you have experience to build your own plasma, I think you can do it.

It is easier to build a plasma cnc than a co2 laser, i am industrial designer not engineer, there is a lot of information in forums if you want to build machines that i make, but there is nothing about fiber laser
