Robofil 4000 wire tension. Help

Hello.

I run the machine I bought in Belgium. I have a very loose wire and I don't know how to tighten it. I do not have a wire tension checker.
What parameters should I enter in parameters 17,18,19?

In the attachment I am sending photos of the parameters of the machine and the manual,
