Charmilles Robofil 290 Wire Broken

Hi everyone. I´m coming here hopping to get some help with my EDM machine.


I can´t cut anything, because an 648 error in my machine, the message is clear: "Wire Broken" ... is not!.
According with the maintenance manual, the machine detect a innusual speed on the pulley witch control de wire break. it says that the solution in re calibrate the wire using the "Wire Setup" option.

When i try to do that, all the options in the Wire setup screen are disable.

Any suggestion? Thank you in advance.

Are you still having issues the machine
Has sensed a slip on the encoder up top
