    Default Problem Sodick LN1W

    Good morning,
    I have a problem with a Sodick LN1W (AQ325L).
When I turn it on it locks on "CNC Start ... System Loading 11"
and remains locked in this position.
Do you have ideas to help me?
    Thank you.
    Roberto

Have you tried calling Sodick directly?
There are super helpful when you call.

Here in Italy Sodick assistance is very bad. Whatever it is you have to change a module at a very high cost. They are not interested in solving at fair costs!
    Anyway thanks.

Oh man. Sorry to hear that.
That makes owning a Sodick very painful even though they are great machines.
We have this problem here in Ontario Canada at our dealer level. We have had one of our five machines down waiting four months and still waiting for a service call.
We have three dealers within driving distance but are locked to our one dealer in our area.
Service is such a big part of CNC machine ownership.

Would it be worth a try to call the North American number?
