Sodick A 530 D ex21 problem whis images

Good afternoon, it does not start. The yellow Japanese inscription lights up and says Install Disk. I have no disks. But I don’t quite understand Epson has a hard disk installed, like all the information on it. I am enclosing a photo. Someone can advise something.
The LEDs on the processor boards glow like this. Battery voltage is normal.
