Machining W\with charmilles 440 Without filling the tank

hello every one
I want to cut a part with door open on charmilles 440 cc, but i dont know how can i set the machine, is there any body with exprience about service page of charmilles 440 , and system parameters for doing this ?

I have attached the Unsubmerged Cutting Configuration Manual from Charmilles. I haven't personally tried it yet, so I am not sure how it works. hope it helps.

hello dear
everything is right except when i go into service mode there is no enable open door machining in the options page
am i miss an option ? or something ...

It looks like my machines do not have that option either. I have attached another version of the same manual, but it isn't working for me. The tank controls become grayed out, but the tank still begins to fill when cutting. I will try to look into it some more when I have more free time.

can i ask you, where do you get these manuals ?
i'm very curious to find out, what else can i do with my machine ...
we also have charmilles 290 and 310 machines, i searched a lot about get the actual value of axis in program like macro programming on 440 for automatic external centering and things like that ... but i cant find any thing in machine manual and reference ... do you think this is possible ?

Most of my manuals and info have been sent to me by Charmilles tech support after trying to solve problems we've had from time to time over the years.
