Charmilles Robofil 400 Generator Chain failure Diagnostics listed.

The machine started slowing down and using more wire than normal and faulted on us a couple times with this message.

E02 P01?

So I loaded the Auto-Diagnostic software into the machine and the CNC control passed everything but the Generator Chain failed. Charmilles recently discontinued support for this machine and it’s been such a solid machine I don’t have any other service contacts for Charmilles.

Generator Boards are:

852449 UPH1-2
852447 UP1-4 should be OK }
852447 UP1-4 should be OK } I have a spare and when cycling the three boards through every spot the errors never change.

If anyone remembers the code to enter the service menu under Monitor that would be a plus.

i can repair UP/UPH boards if you can t-shoot it down to that

I am based in India. I have a Robofil 200 and having the same problem. After loading the Communication disk the screen goes blank with this message E02 P01 ? at the bottom. Is this related to 24volts output. Have you found the solution to this problem. If so please pass on the details.
