Charmille robofill 100 help thanks

Hello everyone, I have adjusted a machine charmille robofill 100, but I'm no expert, I realized with a software cam path iso but the machine tool give me error data. I copy the iso on a floppy, when i write on machine cpy,ddo:1.iso,mem:1.iso. How should I set the path iso? I want to cut a square of 30x30 thick steel 30mm, someone can create an ISO working? And comand for the program work? I want the complete procedure thanks to all

Attached sample iso file and command file. The command file is set to run from DD0 if you want to copy to memory edit this line "SPG,DD0:SC1.ISO" to "SPG,MEM:SC1.ISO". Also make sure when you enter DD0 you use zero not the letter 'O'.

The iso file does a rough cut E1 then finish cut E4. To run the command file from disk press Command then Cut then enter DD0:sc.cmd.

I just tested on my machine to make sure the files ok and it ran ok.

2 things to try.
Are U and V reading 0.00, if not enter MOV,U0,V0 then try again. You could try entering SIM,1 at the top of the command file so the machine just runs the code without cutting. Set to SIM,0 when you want to cut.

If you still have a problem are all your axis referenced, to check press "SET UP" then "REFERENCE" do any of the axis have a "*" next to them. If they do you need to move that axis until it stops on the limit switch, you might need to try both directions to find out which limit switch sets the home. Enter MOV,X0,Y0 when finished.
Also you will need to set wire alignment. Press "Measure" "Wire Alignment" and let the machine align the guides. You need a centering eye for this.

The second error is temperature fault in tank check the thermostat on the back of the tank try setting to 22°, you could set higher just to run a test. Have you got a chiller to cool the tank?

Do you have a PC with a floppy drive to make disk images. If not you,ll need a USB floppy drive, something like this.

You'll need to check your disks and make disk images with something like WinImage. If your disks are faulty you might have to contact Charmilles for new disks.

Then I'd recommend replacing the drive on your machine with one of these.

Get 2 drives, one for the machine and one for your PC. You'll need one in your PC to make a Boot disks. You might need one of these if you PC doesn't have a floppy disk controller.

Hello everyone , I have solved the problem of temperature bypassing the contacts , but now I have another problem .

I want to make a hole with a diameter of 10 with cut and review but I have a problem with iso code: there is not intersection in the g03 block ,
could someone give me the program to make this hole ?

I tried to email you the files but Gmail blocked the attachments, just in case you have no received my last email I'll up load here.

Here's some examples. SC1.iso is a 10mm hole drawn at 0,0. SC2.iso is a 10mm hole drawn at 10,10. SC3.iso will cut both holes starting with the one at 0,0, You will need to set the Z height before you run "N26Z75.000 (SET TO CORRECT Z BEFORE RUN)". The H20. at the start of the file is the material height.


SC.CMD is a command file, you can use it to load the tec file and set an offset with CLE. Change the line SPG,DD0:SC2.ISO to match the file you want to cut.
