Charmilles Robofil 400 error E02 P01 ? while cutting.

I've had this machine for 15 years and it has been great. Recently when I'm cutting the generator, motion, and fast cut pump will shut down but the wire will continue running. Control pad is non-responsive except the power button. The screen shows E02 P01 ? at the bottom and I'm pretty sure that's a power issue. I checked my line voltage it's 244vac, rear of front panel voltages are 4.98 -11.94 11.99vdc. I sent an email to Charmilles tech but thought someone here might have the answer before next week. As it stands I have to monitor it while running because it will run the wire thru the machine until I power cycle it.

I have a Robofil 200 and having the same problem. After loading the Communication disk the screen goes blank with this message E02 P01 ? at the bottom. Is this related to 24volts output. Have you found the solution to this problem. If so please pass on the details.
