Did it have a brand name? Is there any identification on the control board? They might have used a board they didn't make themselves, in which case you'd have an easier task of repair or replacement.
The manufacturer of the plasma table we use vanished, website gone, phones unanswered, BBB complaints unresolved and flagged with a warning. Is there a.. generic repair tech service? We apparently have a problem with the control board and no idea what to do about it.

EZ Cut. I'll have to go take it apart and check the controller, but I think it was also labeled with their brand name. If it's theirs, I'm worried that my chances of another manufacturer being willing to support us is... not great. I'm also not sure how difficult it is to switch from their software to something else. I've been ignoring bugs up until now in the vague hope that they'd let me get a patch someday, but that's apparently not going to happen. I could never get their techs to share a technical manual or a wiring diagram.
If you are U.k based try Techserv in Huddersfield, they make their own machines and software and retrofit their control to 3rd party machines, it is very easy software to use, they have a facebook page if you want to check them out.
