Chineese plasma cnc controller

Hello everyone,
* We recently purchased a plasma FX 410 controller that can control a cnc for cutting square pipes.
* The controller came without the installation CD and had some kind of encryption password. Can anyone help me have a password or a software update for him? In the manual says something about F2000.exe

They should provide it.
