( Need help!) THC proma SD not respond from G-code command

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my THC proma SD. It was not responded the G-code command from the interface software. I've already checked the wiring and tried simulation testting from THC (test mode) all of them are correct and I don't know to solve this problem. Could someone please to advise?

My setup:

- 4 Axis Plasma tube cnc cutting machine
- Planet cnc controller
- THC proma SD
- Hypertherm powermax 45xp
