Hypertherm ht2000 error code

Hi all I have a hypertherm HT2000
I have a code showing up which states
INTERLOCK ERROR HAS OCCURRED, and it's nothing to do with doors open somewhere because there is a different alarm system for that upon start up,
I know I have a very weak pilot ark relay, and maybe it is part of the problem

Anybody had this problem happen??
